Eddy Deutsche is a Detroit-born tattoo artist who began tattooing at a young age, influenced by punk rock culture and his surroundings. After traveling across the U.S. in the 1980s and learning from respected artists, he established himself through years of nonstop tattooing and craftsmanship.

A major turning point came when Don Ed Hardy invited Eddy to work in Japan and was on of the establishing artists at the legendary Ed Hardy Tattoo City in San Francisco in 1991. In 1996, he opened 222 Tattoo SF, collaborating with many notable artists.

Known for versatility and a deep respect for tradition, Eddy continues to tattoo from a private studio, blending classic techniques with evolving styles.
